Like studios in Europe, we have a hands-on approach to teaching. If you are a beginner, we demonstrate and work directly with you until you have learned the basics of safety, and how to handle the material and tools. Then you start right in on a project. If you are more advanced, we find out what you want to learn, and design the class with you.

In the three hour beginning stained glass workshop, you make a sun catcher from a kit to learn fitting and soldering. In the full day class, you also learn to cut glass and fit to a pattern. By the end of the day, you will have a good overview of how to do stained glass.

If you select a wire jewelry class, we teach you to make a bracelet from glass beads and silver wire. In our three hour class we teach eye pins, attaching beads, jump rings, coils, hurricane whorls, and clasps. If you take a full day, you learn bangles, fancy eye pins, and bead cages. We also teach you how to create a cage for a cabochon.
