We offer an inclusive package combining cooking lessons with cultural tours. Courses last three days or one week. Guests are met at the airport and brought to our beautiful home in the foothills of the Dolomites. We're in the Prosecco wine region, one hour north of Venice. Our home is a beautifully restored 18th century farmhouse in a small village. Lessons are fully hands-on, with a maximum of six students. We concentrate on the cuisine of the Veneto; pasta, gnocchi, crespelle, risottos, fish, meat, vegetables and desserts. Meals are accompanied by wines made from indigenous grape types; gems that can be difficult to find abroad. We take you to wineries, food markets, medieval towns and Palladian villas. Small numbers means we can follow individual interests and needs.
Faculty Information:
Antonella is self-taught, though has studied various cuisines. She speaks English fluently.

Visits to wineries, food markets, medieval towns and Palladian villas. Great area for walking and cycling (we have two mountain bikes)

Three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Antique furniture. Well-equipped kitchen maintaining rustic charm. Indoor swimming pool for seasonal use. 18th century outdoor oven for making bread and pizzas. Air-conditioned 7 seater vehicle for tours.
