Our pioneer international school in Bahia, Brazil offers study abroad programs for students from all over the world. At Diálogo, you will receive the best of 19 years of experience in teaching Portuguese language and Brazilian Culture. The school also prepares students for CELPE-Bras and is recognized by the Bahian University FIB, offering university credits.
The teaching methods are based on the school-own book: Falo Português in three volumes (I, II and III), which contains an intense, interactive and entertaining teaching method, structured around everyday Portuguese usage. Classes are complemented by additional courses such as Music, Afro-Brazilian Dance, Brazilian Cuisine, Capoeira and Percussion, and activities like field trips and excursions.
Students can profit the best of our program by its location in Bahia, which permits us to offer a profound and reality based introduction to Afro-Brazilian culture. Accommodation in host families guarantees a deep immersion in Brazilian day-to-day life and customs (other hosting possibilities are available as well, like apartments or hotels).
