Faculty Information:
The educational team comprises around a dozen university-educated teachers with Master's Degree in French as a foreign language, linguistic specializations, the didactics of languages, phonetics, language sciences, French literature, intercultural aspects, and multimedia and communication...

The teachers/organizers are particularly attentive to the needs, motivations and interests of their students, to their individual questions, to their progress, to their training syllabus in French and to all aspects of their stay in Strasbourg.

The classroom activities are deliberately varied to allow students to make rapid progress in their oral and written expression and understanding. The role playing games used encourage students to re-use the linguistic structures that they have covered and studied.

The teachers focus on spoken skills (understanding and expression). Written work is used as the starting point and anchor for the reinforcement of acquired skills. According to the objectives of the various participants, written skills are also the subject of supervised work.

Other Activities:
In addition to classes, we also offer certain guided cultural visits held in French, free of charge:

- Visits to the European institutions: the Council of Europe or the European Parliament, visits to local companies: DNA (Dernières Nouvelles Alsace): see the various stages in the creation of Alsace daily newspaper, Alsatian Brewery: (discover the various stages in the production of beer).

You can also attend the sessions of the cinema club free of charge one afternoon per week in general. We only broadcast French films, subtitled in French, in order to boost the student oral understanding skills.

Books and cassettes about French literature are also available upon request. You can practise reading and listening to short stories, poems, plays or novels from the great French authors.

Facility Information:
Our school is based inside the CCI training division, a huge, bright and modern complex.
The various training courses offered are held in:
- 40 classrooms covering a total surface area of 3360 m2 and spread across two buildings linked by a central footbridge
- A 260-seater amphitheater and central square making it possible to host symposiums, conferences, colloquiums, etc in addition to temporary exhibitions
- 7 computer rooms with a network of 102 computers
- 2 language laboratories
- A multimedia room and a multimedia area where students can work semi-autonomously
- A resource center
- A cafeteria seating around 60 people, a restaurant area in the central square and an outdoor terrace.

All withdrawals must be made in writing:
- If withdrawal occurs more than 15 days before the start of the course, the sums paid will be refunded in full.
