Our school is a Spanish language institute located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We offer small group and individual classes at all levels, beginning to advanced.
The school’s specialty – and what we think separates us from our competitors – is the high quality of our teachers. The institute was founded by a group of linguistics and economics professors at the Universidad de Buenos Aires who wanted to provide an enriched language learning environment for foreign language speakers studying Spanish in Argentina. Today we strive to maintain our initial vision of quality.
With our interdisciplinary studies approach – a method of learning which connects grammar, phonetics, literature, history, economics and politics – you will be able to take part in open discussion and dialogue. And, at the same time you are learning the language, you’ll be discovering new facets of Latin American culture and life.

Faculty Information:
All of our instructors are highly qualified, with several years of teaching experience, and several of the instructors also have teaching appointments at the Universidad de Buenos Aires or one of the private universities in Buenos Aires.
The institute was founded by a group of linguistics and economics professors at the Universidad de Buenos Aires. The majority of our instructors have degrees in linguistics and 'letras' (literature and language), and we also work with instructors who have degrees in economics and law, and who can teach courses related to their field.
Other Activities:
During the week we organize trips to local tango “milongas,” concerts, theatrical events, and movies in Spanish. We try to introduce students to places they might not have discovered on their own.
For example, we take students to “underground” tango milongas, and to neighborhood improvisational theaters, and to bars that have hardly been changed since they were first built in the early 1940s and where, on a Friday or Saturday night, live tango songs can be heard being sung by actual tangueros. In addition to these organized activities, we can also recommend a variety of free guided tours given by the Buenos Aires Office of Tourism, and can suggest resources, on the internet and in print, where students may pursue their own cultural interests.
Facility Information:
The institute is located in the fashionable Recoleta neighborhood of Buenos Aires. We are two blocks away from the Puerryedon subway stop on the Line D, and are also connected to the city's metropolitan bus system. Shopping and other activities are within easy walking distance, as are the parks of Palermo and the monastery and cemetery of Recoleta. All other tourist destinations are within easy access on the city's well-developed transportation system.
