This tour offers you a unique oppurtunity to get to know the lowlands at the North Sea. We show you lovely Amsterdam and old Dutch towns like Gouda and Willemstad. You cross the border to Belgium to discover the Belgian pearls of Antwerp, Ghent and on top of that: Bruges!
Price: Standard or standard plus barge tour price:$1242.00 USD per person based on double occupancy.
Please note this price may fluctuate based on the current exchange rate. Payment in full at time of booking will protect against any future currency fluctuation.
Tours paid in full at time of booking by February 1, 2010 will receive a $100 per person early booking discount.
Single Supplement: $300.00 USD (only one single per departure, rest of singles have to share. No single use on comfort barges, everyone has to share a cabin.)

July 17, September 18, 2010 - Bruges to Amsterdam sailing.
Comfort Barge also available on the following dates; note tour price is slightly higher for comfort barge.

Dates: Amsterdam to Bruges: June 12, August 7 and 28, 2010.
Reverse dates for Bruges to Amsterdam are: June 19, August 14,and September 4,2010.
Day by Day Itinerary
Saturday
Cycling ± 10 km. Embarkation and checking in aboard the hotel barge. In the afternoon the barge crosses the Amsterdam centre and heads for the village of Oude Wetering. In the evening there's a short test ride on the bike.
Sunday:
Cycling ± 35 km. You enjoy an easy bike ride right through some real Dutch meadowlands and end your trip in cheese town Gouda. Free time in Gouda after your dinner.
Monday
Cycling ± 40 km. The ship brings us to the world famous windmills of Kinderdijk. Via the old Dutch town of Dordrecht your way leads to the natural reserve Biesbosch to Moerdijk where the barge wil pick you up. The sailing trip takes you to the beautiful walled town of Willemstad
Tuesday
No cycling. Today the barge sails right across the impressive waterways of Zeeland the ship will take you to the lively town of Antwerp in Belgium. After arrival your guide invites you for a short city walk and you have free time to explore this lively port town.
Wednesday
Cycling ± 50 km. You cycle out of Antwerp for a ride through the pretty Flemish countryside alongside the river Schelde. You spend the night in the provincial town of Dendermonde.
Thursday
Cycling ± 30 km. The river Schelde is a tidal river and thus the barge may have to wait for the high tide to continue. Therefore you disembark and cycle directly to the old city of Ghent. The tour leader will invite you for a walk across the wonderful town centre.
Friday
No cycling. By train you go to Bruges and your tour leader will make you acquainted with this unique town. Till halfway the afternoon you are free to discover Bruges. You return to Ghent by train.
Saturday
Check out and transfer by bus to the Amsterdam airport- if tour ends in Ghent/Bruges. Tours ending in Amsterdam passengers will make their own way to airport or elsewhere from docks. Trains run frequently- about every 20 minutes.
