Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Meeting of passengers and representatives of the agency at the airport Nikola Tesla – Belgrade. Transfer to the hotel. Spare time. Dinner in national restaurant. Overnight.
Day 2: Breakfast. Sightseeing a professional tourist guide. (English/German/French).
Route: The City Parliament, The Federal Parliament, Terazije Square, Republic Square, Students’ Square, Belgrade Fortress, City Gate (“Varos kapija”), New Belgrade, Topcider Hill, Dedinje, Oslobodjenje Square, Slavija Square, Nikola Pasic Square. Spare time in the afternoon. For the evening night cruising on Sava and Danube Rivers and sight-seeing of Belgrade from the rivers with dinner and appropriate music program is planned.
Note: We will realize dinner on boat for group of minimum 25 persons and for groups up to 25 persons; we will organize dinner on water house restaurant.
Day 3: Half-day excursion – “Following Marshal’s footsteps”
Breakfast.
Josip Broz Tito, a Croatian by origin, “the greatest son of the people and nationalities” of ex-Yugoslavia, a Partisan warrior, revolutionist, world statesman, dictator, spent most of his life in Serbia. Marshal’s last wish was to be buried in Belgrade, which was done with full honors never seen before, and the presence of statesmen and foreign delegations from all over the world.
Route: The House of Flowers (“Kuca cveca”) – the memorial of Josip Broz Tito, White Palace (“Beli dvor”) – Tito’s Residence where he lived more than any other Serbian statesmen or king, The Museum of Revolution.
Lunch in planned in the restaurant “Milosev konak”, a place where Tito often had meals with protocol menu, which “lifelong president of Yugoslavia” consumed as well.
Return to the hotel. In the evening, visit of old bohemian quarter Skadarlija and dinner in the national restaurant with program which includes actors and musician. With this experience you will feel the spirit of Belgrade from old times. Overnight.
Day 4: One-day excursion – “Memorial of the Karadjordjevic royal family”.
Breakfast.
Route: Belgrade, Topola, Oplenac, visit to the Memorial of the Karadjordjevic royal family (St. George Church, Karadjordje’s City and king’s wine cellar with the wine tasting and gourmet offer).
Lunch is planned in the exclusive vacation area at the foothill of the nearby mountain Kosmaj. You will be specially attracted by the herd of thoroughbred horses, possibility of riding, sport fishing and other things.
Return to Belgrade in the evening. Overnight.
Day 5: Breakfast. Transfer to the airport. Departure.
