The cruising or fishing adventure starts at the Flamenco Resort and Marina at any desired time (especially in the morning) for a period 8 hrs per day. Passengers board motor coaches for a 10 minute ride from the heart of Panama City to the Marina. Once in the marina, passengers board the 60ft Hatteras yacht to start the water portion of the tour. We depart the Canal Zone out to the Pearl Islands, where the fishing opportunities are amazing. The Gulf of Panama is currently of greater interest as phytoplankton revolves around its waters and the vertical current pushes up to the surface. This phenomenon brings a large amount of billfish such as large Black, White, Stripped Marlin fishing, Sailfish fishing and dolphin fishing opportunities among others. As a matter of fact, Panama has more game fish world records broken than anywhere else in the world! During the cruising anglers or tour members will be able to appreciate Panama City and its development, as it booms live from the vessel.
Once you are in the Pearl Islands, passengers will appreciate the beauty of its sandy beaches, lush vegetation and incredible blue waters. Tour members will fish and cruise around the Pearl Islands for a period of 8 hrs per day and will later dock at the Contadora Island. Once at the Contadora Island they will have the option on stepping into mainland to explore restaurants and bars.
Three double Rooms will be waiting in the Yacht in order to spend the night in the harbor. The following and last day, fishing will begin in the early morning until mid day which is when the yacht will head back to Panama City.
Once in Panama City the vessel will navigate to the beautiful Flamenco Marina where passengers disembark.
