Day 1: (Sun) Arrive in Saigon and transfer to hotel.
Day 2: City tour, including Binh Tay markets to purchase local produce. Visit Cu Chi Tunnels.
Day 3: Morning cooking class and free afternoon.
Day 4: Fly to Danang and drive to Hoi An. Walking tour of Hoi An.
Day 5: Boat cruise on Tu Bon River to join cooking class specialising in local cuisine. Afternoon free.
Day 6: Drive to Hue, via Danang. Visit Citadel and Purple Forbidden City.
Day 7: Imperial cuisine cooking class. Perfume River Cruise.
Day 8: Fly to Hanoi. Free time to explore old city.
Day 9: City tour of Hanoi and lunch at KOTO restaurant.
Day 10: Trip ends in Hanoi this morning (Tue).
