Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Lhasa
Our Tibetan English-speaking tour guide will meet you at Gonggar Airport and greet you with a white scarf (called kada) in a Tibetan traditional way. Then transfer you to your hotel in Lhasa (about 100km’s driving). Upon arrival, just take rest for high altitude acclimatization. Accommodation: New Mandala Hotel or Similar if late booking.
Day 2: Lhasa
We may start from the spiritual center of Tibetan Buddhism - Jokhang Temple and the bustling Barkhor Street around it. In the afternoon, we'll visit the most beautiful splendor in Tibet - Potala Palace, the symbol of Tibetan people's wisdom and power. And at evening, pay a visit to a local Tibetan family. Accommodation: New Mandala Hotel or Similar. Includes: (B).
Day 3: Lhasa-Gyantse-Shigatse
In the fresh morning air, we'll drive about 270km to the historical town of Gyantse crossing Karola Pass (5010m) and Khambala Pass (4800m) with a beautiful panorama of the beautiful Yamdrok Yumtso Lake. Upon arrival, visit the famous Pelkor Monastery and its superb Kumbu Stupa, a stunning architectural wonder in Tibet. Then we'll get forward to Shigatse, the second largest city in Tibet. Accommodation: Shigatse Yak Hotel or Similar. Includes: (B).
Day 4: Shigatse-Tingri (Shegar). Drive about 250km to Tingri via the Gantsola Pass (5200m). Accommodation: Guesthouse. Includes:(B).
Day 5: Tingri-EBC-Tingri. It is around 100km's bumpy road from Tingri to teh Rongbuk Monastery and the Mt. Everest Base Camp (EBC). Upon arrival, it is your life-long experience with this highest mountain in the world. Accommodation: Guesthouse. Includes: (B).
Day 6: Tingri-Shigatse. Drive back to Shigatse. Upon arrival, we'll visit the Tashilumpo Monastery and stroll around the old town for the nicely decorated Tibetan houses, interesting local bazaar, etc. Accommodation: Shigatse Yak Hotel or Similar. Includes: (B).
Day 7: Shigatse-Lhasa. Get back to Lhasa along the Yarlung Tsangpu River. The rest time is free for you to explore the old city before leaving. Accommodation: New Mandala Hotel or Similar. Includes: (B).
Day 8: Departure. The tour guide will transfer you to Gonggar Airport and help you board the plane to your next destination. Your wonderful Tibet Mount Everest tour ends. Includes: (B).

- Private expenses like IDD calls, laundry, tips to the tour guide / driver, etc.
- Wire transfer fee if any.
Notes:
- Please kindly note that meals usually can be arranged easily yourselves thus you'll have more free time. The tour guide and driver can always help if necessary. If leave it to us, it costs around 50CNY/p.p for a lunch or dinner.
- And we'll have no problem to help you arrange connection tours in many cities in China and Nepal.
