Full day city safari in Vienna:
In the morning we take a minibus to make a city tour including the most important sights of Vienna like Opera, Ringstrasse, Burgtheater, City Hall, Stock Exchange Building, the statues of Mozart and Strauss, Belvedere Castle, Prater with the Giant Wheel and the colorful Hundertwasserhaus.
This tour will end at Schoenbrunn castle, the former summer residence of the Habsburg emperors. An interior visit and museum tour will give you an impression of the rich architecture but modest life-style of the Habsburg family.
After a lunch break we continue with a city walk right across Old Vienna and the city centre to discover hidden and romantic places in Vienna. It will be like a journey to former times, as if Mozart or emperor Franz Joseph will pass around the corner at any time. The greek quarter, the Jewish quarter, St. Stephens Cathedral and the Imperial Palais will be on our way.
In between our city walk we will have an original Viennese Melange accompanied by apple strudel in a typical and very traditional old Vienna Kaffeehaus. This kind of cafés are still like living-rooms in the middle of a big city where guests can spend a lot of time by reading newspapers, playing chess or billiard or just doing business.
