Japan is a country free of the dangers found in most countries. There are no Islamic fundamentalists, no punk-gangsta's, and none of the persistant thievery that plagues most Asian countries.
This makes Japan a great place to relax, and a fine place to bring kids!
Jpn has the image of being extremely expensive, but outside the cities, this is no longer true. It is on par with most Europe or American areas, and cheaper than many places.
Tour length is 5 days and 4 nights. Rate is $1400 per person. Most travel is by foot, either on trails or on little-used country roads.
All lodging is in traditional or special guest houses.
