Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Home town in India - Cairo. Take the flight to Cairo-Egypt. Reach Cairo by afternoon and transfer to hotel after immigration clearance. In the evening go for the sound and the light show at the Pyramids. Dinner is at the Hotel.
Day 2: Cairo Sightseeing - Aswan. After Breakfast, check out of the hotel and start your full day tour to visit The Pyramids of Giza, The Sphinx and the Egyptian Museum. Lunch is at an Indian restaurant. In the evening transfer to Cairo train station and take the air-conditioned train to Aswan at 8 pm. Overnight on board air conditioned sleeping train. Vegetarian Dinner is served on the train.
Day 3: Aswan. Arrival in Aswan at 9 am and then go for sightseeing of the High Dam and the magnificent Philae temple. Check into our Nile cruise by lunch time. Lunch is on Board cruise. Afternoon enjoying the various facilities on the ship like the sun deck pool, the restaurants etc…. Ship sets sail in the afternoon / evening.
Day 4: Aswan - Esna. Start sailing to Kom Ombo, Visit the Temple shared by the 2 Gods “Sobek & Haroeris". Afternoon, Continue Sailing to Edfu, Visit the Temple of Horus, continues Sailing to Esna, Cross the Famous Esna Lock, overnight.
Day 5: Esna - Luxor. Arrival to Luxor, cross to the west bank, visit the Valley of the Kings, Queen Hatchepsut Temple. In the afternoon visit the world famous temple of Karnak. Overnight is at Luxor.
Day 6: Luxor - Hurghada / Safaga. Disembarkation at 6am and transfer by bus to the beautiful Red Sea beach Resort of Hurgada/Safaga by coach. Reach Hurgada/Safaga in 4 hours and transfer to hotel.Overnight is at Hurghada / Safaga.
Day 7: Hurghada. After breakfast depart for a snorkeling trip to an island. Enjoy your self on this island and return to hotel after lunch. Evening is free at leisure.
Day 8: Hurgada / Safaga - Cairo. Transfer to Cairo Airport [5 hours] for Flight to Mumbai. Take the flight in the afternoon.
Day 9: Cairo - India. Reach India in the morning at your respective hometowns.
Note: Flights to Cairo are available from New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Cochin, Trivandrum, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Amritsar. For persons from other towns they will have to come down to the nearest metro to take this flight.
