Your Itinerary:
Day 1: Belize City-Dangriga. Upon arrival at Dangriga's airport, you you be met and transferred to the Hamanasi Hotel and Resort. Nestled between the lush Maya Mountains and the turquoise Caribbean Sea, Hamanasi is a special place from which you can explore the best of Belize on and offshore. Located just south of Hopkins, Hamanasi has 17 acres of land with 400 feet of Caribbean Sea beach front surrounded by sub-tropical flora on the finest stretch of beach in Belize. Of course, Dive Hamanasi will service you on premises. The full service dive and snorkeling center has new equipment and boats. Tanks, weights and belts are included with diving. The spacious, comfortable rooms have an elegant décor, hardwood furnishing and are decorated with Central American folk art.
All rooms have plush linens, air conditioning, ceiling fans, private porches and Mexican tiled bathrooms. The Great House, reminiscent of a plantation home, is the heart of all activity. Here you will find the lobby, reception, restaurant, bar and wrap-around veranda. Dine at Victoria's Peak restaurant indoors or on the veranda overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The delicious menu is rich in fresh seafood, pastas and healthy, light dishes. Fresh bread and pastries are baked daily, and scrumptious deserts are served. Daily continental breakfast is included. The cozy bar, ideal for relaxing, serves fine wines, champagne, spirits and fresh tropical fruit juices. Relax by the beautiful, curved, 50-ft freshwater pool with brick decking. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels provided.
Days 2-6: Hamanasi. Days at leisure. You'll be able to kick back and soak in the ocean air in our Great House or by the pool. You may take a swim in the ocean, or stroll Hamanasi's beautifully landscaped grounds or follow a nature trail that will lead to the sedge marsh with views to the Maya Mountains. Four guided excursions are included. Each tour has a set day of departure. Choose from the following adventures: Mayflower Jungle and Waterfall Hike, Sittee River Canoing and Kayaking, Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary and Jaguar Preserve, Caves and Jungle Adventure, Magical Mayan History Tour.
Day 7: Hamanasi-Belize City-International departure. You will be transferred to the airport for your return flight to Belize City. Connect with your international departure.
