Tour Itinerary:

Days 1-3: Take train from Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou/Chengdu. Arrive in Lhasa on the third day evening. Overnight in Lhasa.

Day 4: Lhasa city tour sightseeing. Morning time buy the entrance of Potala by yourself. Then to visit Jokhang Temple, afternoon to visit Drepung Monastery. Overnight at Lhasa.

Day 5: Lhasa city sightseeing. Morning time to visit Potala Palace, then afternoon to Sera Monastery. Overnight at Lhasa.

Day 6: Lhasa/ Namtso Lake/ Lhasa. In the morning around 8:00 am, our guide and driver pick you up from your hotel, then we leave Lhasa to Namtso Lake. On the way you will see the huge grassland of Naqu and have a chance to see the sky road - Shanghai-Tibet Railway passing through, it looks like a dragon. Then the Nyenchen Thanglha snow mountain ranges appeared in front of you, and also you will pass the Nagela Pass. Then on the way back to Lhasa you have a chance to enjoy the Yangpachen hotspring, back to Lhasa. Overnight at Lhasa.

Day 7: Lhasa/ Yamdrotso lake/ Gyangtse/ Shigatse. Morning time around 8:00 am depart from Lhasa pass Gangbala Mt. which is over than 5000 meters, then to Yamdrotso lake which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet (another 2 is Namtso lake and Manasarova), after visiting Gyangtse Kumbum and having a far view of Zongshan ruins, arrive in Shigatse. Overnight at Shigatse.

Day 8: Shigatse/ Lhasa. After breakfast to visit Tashilumpo Monastery which was Built in 1447, spectacular tombs of Panchen Lamas, have a good rest in Shigatse, then drive back to Lhasa. Overnight at Lhasa city.

Day 9: Fly from Lhasa to Beijing/ Shanghai/ Guangzhou/ Chengdu.
