Tour Itinerary;
Day 1: Nairobi-Samburu
You will be met on arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport your flight arrives 0100 AM and transferred to Transferred to Samburu National Reserve. Offers unique vistas of rounded, rugged hills and undulating plains. The mix of wood and grassland with riverine forest and swamp home to a wide variety of animal and bird life, Buffalo Springs records over 365 species of bird. Game viewing and visibility is excellent: Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy’s Zebra, elephant, oryx, Somali Ostrich, hippo, crocodile, gerenuk, buffalo, lion, leopard, cheetah and hyena. Full board accommodation is included in the tour price. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Sentrim Tented Camp.
Day 2: Samburu
Full day of game viewing at Samburu National Reserve with your private safari land cruiser and safari guide. Full board accommodation is included in the tour price. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Sentrim Tented Camp.
Day 3: Samburu-Aberdares
Outspan is located in Nyeri town, right in the heart of Kenyas tea and coffee growing highlands. It is the nearest hotel to the spectacular Karuru Falls and is an Eden of vibrant gardens and verdant green lawns. Peacocks add to the charming ambiance as they roam at will. Outspan, the starting point for guests going to the world-renowned Treetops, has 3 cottages and 42 spacious rooms. Most of the rooms have fireplaces and garden access. It is also an idyllic corporate retreat with fully-equipped conference rooms, computer and internet access, and other business facilities. Meals are served in the dining room or on a wide verandah. On clear days, the verandah is the perfect spot to catch a glimpse of snow-capped Mt. Kenya, the second-highest mountain in Africa. Full board accommodation is included in the tour price. Day 4: Aberdares-Naivasha
Depart after your morning breakfast for Naivasha. Located just beyond Lake Naivasha. Famous for its natural hot geysers, eagle and vulture breeding grounds, visitors have the choice of driving, walking, camping, cycling and rock climbing within the park. Horseback safaris can also be arranged. Full board accommodation is included in the tour price. Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Country Club.
Day 5: Lake Naivasha- Masai Mara
Depart with picnic lunch boxes after your morning breakfast and transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve. The Reserve is administered by the local county council. It is probably the most famous and most visited reserve in Kenya. It offers breathtaking views (seen in the film ‘Out of Africa’, much of which was filmed here)an extraordinary density of animals including the “Big Five” and many varieties of plains game. Enjoy your en route game viewing at Masai Mara National Reserve. Full board accommodation is included in the tour price. Dinner and overnight at Masai Mara Bushbuck Camp.
Day 6: Masai Mara
Full day of game viewing at Masai Mara National Reserve with your private safari land cruiser and safari guide. Full board accommodation is included in the tour price. Dinner and overnight at Masai Mara Bushbuck Camp.
Day 7: Masai Mara-Nairobi-Malindi-Watamu
You will be transferred by your guide to Nairobi, Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to catch your fly 540 afternoon flight which departs at 1500hr to arrive Malindi at 1650hr. You will be met on arrival at Malindi Airport and transferred to Ocean Sports located at Watamu Beach. Dinner and overnight at Ocean Sports.
Day 8: Watamu Beach. Full day at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Ocean Sports.
Day 9: Watamu Beach. Full day at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Ocean Sports.
Day 10: Watamu Beach. Full day at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Ocean Sports.
Day 11: Watamu Beach. Full day at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Ocean Sports.
Day 12: Watamu Beach. Full day at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Ocean Sports.
Day 13: Watamu Beach- Nairobi
Full day at leisure. You will be transferred in the evening to Malindi Airport for your fly 540 flight which departs at 1710hr to arrive Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi at 1900hr. You will be transferred to Pamper restaurant near the airport for dinner, there after back to the airport for your inbound flight back home.
