Fly over the Himalayas to Tibet and travel around Lhasa city, then start biking and hiking around Ganden Monastery, the Yarlong Valley and the Namtso Lake area.
Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Fly to Gangar airport. Drive to Lhasa 63km and you will stop at Nyithang stone budhha which is carved in the 11th century by the a student of Ati Sha named Zomthong ba, Nice photo spot.
Day 2: Biking to Sera Monastery, Drepung Monastery.
Day 3: Biking to Ganden Monastery. Ganden Monastery is located around 70km one way from Lhasa and it is one of the "three largest Monasteries" around Lhasa,Founded by Tsongka Pa. This biking could be a one of the most special biking around Lhasa and where you get wonderful view of Lhasa Keychu valley from the top of the mountain "Anguri".
Day 4: Excursion. Excursion at Ganden monastery and walking.
Day 5: Biking towards Namtso lake. Namtso lake is located around 250km from Lhasa and where you can see real Tibetan nomad's wild life with some snow peaks " Mount Nyencheng Thangla".
Days 6 - 9: Biking towards Namtso lake.
Day 10: Biking towards the Yarlong Valley. The Yarlung Valley is located around 200km far away from Lhasa and it is one of the most popular Holy place where start source of the Tibetan people and Kings. Also you can visit some of very ancient monasteries and Palace.
Days 11 - 16: Biking towards the Yarlong Valley.
Days 17 - 18: Biking towards Lhasa.
Day 19: Rest and shopping.
Day 20: Fly to Kathmandu.
