The Forests between Strathpeffer and Contin have miles of excellent mountain biking trails. There is something for everyone, from fireroads (landrover tracks) to technical single track. We can tailor a trip around Strathpeffer to your needs and would be happy to either just have a bible around the trails or explore some of the harder trails.
These trails are better known for the Strathpuffer 24, one of the toughest mountain biking challenges in the United Kingdom. The Strathpuffer 24 is the most northern 24 hour mountain biking race which takes place in January every year. To make it tougher you have to battle against rain, ice, snow deep mud and 17 hours of darkness. We can also explore some of these trails.
