Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival to Addis Ababa, transfer to hotel, city tour.

Day 2: Drive to Bahir Dar, through the spectacular scenery of Blue Nile Gorge, similar to the Grand Canyon in USA. Overnight hotel in Bahir Dar.

Day 3:In the morning boat trip on Lake Tana to visit the island monastery of Ura Kidane Mihret which is built in the 14th century.In the after noon drive to Blue Nile Falls. Over night Bahir Dar in a hotel.

Day 4: Early in the morning drive to Gondar. In the after noon city tour of Gondar, over night Gondar in a hotel.

Day 5: Drive to Axum through the panoramic view of Simien Mountains and Tekeze river gorge. Over night Axum in a hotel.

Day 6: Full day sight seeing of Axum. Over night Axum in a hotel
Day 7: After breakfast, drive to Mekele on the way visit the temple of Yeha , which was made in the 5th century BC. And one of the rock hewn churches of Tigrai. Over night Mekele in a hotel
Day 8: After break fast, start to drive to Lalibela which is the site of the world wonder and on the way enjoy the scenery of the land escape.Over night Lalibela in a hotel

Day 9: Visit of the 11 rock hewn churches. Over night Lalibela in a hotel.

Day 10: Drive to Kombolcha, on the way visit the 15 century monastery on Lake Haik. Overnight Kombolcha in a hotel.

Day 11: Drive to Awash via Bati village (possibly Afar & Oromo people market), visit the Afar village. Over night Awash in local hotel

Day 12: On this day visit the Awash fall, mammals and birds, the palm spring water. Over night Awash in a hotel

Day 13: Drive to Bale national park. Overnight Bale in a hotel

Day 14: Game drive to visit endemic mammals and birds, at the Sanete plateau and Tulu Dimtu forest. Overnight Bale in a hotel.

Day 15: Drive to Wondo Genet where possible to visit birds, baboons, forest and to swim in hot spring water. Over night Wondo Genet Shebele hotel.

Day 16:Drive back to Addis, on the way visit lake Abyata – Shalla (bird life) and lake Langano. Over night departure back home.
