Ngorongoro Crater is one of the world's greatest natural spectacles, its magical setting and abundant wildlife never fail to enthral visitors. It borders the Serengeti National Park to the north and west. A few hours drive to the east takes you to the town of Arusha which nestles at the foot of Mount Meru, within view of Mount Kilimanjaro. Arusha is known as the gateway to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and the Northern Parks.
The Ngorongoro Crater is just one part of much larger area of interrelated ecosystems consisting of the Crater Highlands (to which the Ngorongoro Crater belongs) together with vast stretches of plains, bush and woodland. The entire Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCAA) covers about 8300sq km. Lake Manyara National Park is one of Tanzania’s smallest parks, its vegetation is diverse, ranging from savanna to marshes and acacia woodland, enabling it to support a variety of habitats. Tarangire is a beautiful area stretching south-east of Lake Manyara around the Tarangire River.
Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arusha - L/Manyara:
Depart Arusha after breakfast for Lake Manyara arrives for lunch then afternoon game drive-Dinner and Overnight at Lake Manyara camp site/ Lake Manyara wildlife lodge/ lake Manyara Serena lodge – FB
Day 2: Lake Manyara - Ngorongoro Crater:
After break fast drive to Ngorongoro arrive for lunch, then half day crater tour-Dinner and Overnight at Ngorongoro Camp site/ Ngorongoro wildlife lodge/ Ngorongoro Serena lodge – FB
Day 3: Ngorongoro - Tarangire:
After breakfast depart for Tarangire, arrive for lunch then afternoon game drive return to the lodge / camp site before dusk for dinner and overnight at Tarangire Campsite/ Tarangire Safari lodge/ Tarangire Sopa – FB
Day 4: Tarangire - Arusha:
Go for morning game drive in the park with a break for hot lunch in afternoon drive back to Arusha.
End of the service.
