Tour Itinerary:
Day 1:
- Transfer in Easter Island.
- Accommodation in one std room, with breakfast.
Day 2:
FD tour Volcanoes Rano Raraku and Anakena with box lunch. Rano Raruku is one of the most important bridges of Rapa Nui, quarry where all big statues were sculpted, there are 300 Moai in different stages of their construction. Subsequent visit to Tongariki, platform composed of 15 statues, that was finally destroyed by the great tidal wave in 1960. It has been restored thanks to the contribution of Japanese businessmen. Subsequent visit to Te Pito, better known as the center of the world, here we find the round stone with magnetism. To end with, archaeological site of Anakena, and visit to platforms of Ahu Nau Nau and Aturi Huki. The first one is better kept as it has been buried under sand. Box lunch is served during the excursion. Accommodation in one std room, with breakfast.
Day 3:
- HD tour Orongo and Rano Kau.
- Runo Kau is the biggest volcano which diameter is longer than 1 kilometer, its micro climate allows the development of a great variety of fruit trees, tubers and medicinal plants. The sector of Oongo is a village where the ceremony of the bird man "Tangata Manu' used to take place.
- HD tour to Ahu Akivi.
- In Ahu Akivi there is a restored platform of 7 moai, the only one facing the sea; according to the legend it represents the seven explorers who were first sent by king Hotu Matua. Also, you will be able to catch a sight of Hanga Roa. Tepahu, cavern formerly used as housing, Puna Pau small crater of red slag, source of the Pukaos or Tocados that crowned the Moai.
- Accommodation in one std room, with breakfast.
Day 4: Transfer Hotel /airport Easter Island.
