Tour Itinerary:
Day 1, Friday: After a long week of work, leave the city behind. A roaring fire and hearty meal await you. Warm soup, salad, crusty bread, cheese and wine will nourish your body and soul. For dessert enjoy homemade crumble.
Day 2, Saturday: After a restful sleep in one of Maison Conti’s comfortable rooms, you’ll have breakfast and a day of relaxing activities ahead of you. Will you take a drive in the Perche and visit brocantes? Will you wander through the forest or follow one of the several local trails? You might borrow the Maison Conti bicycles and take a ride.
If it’s raining or if you don’t feel like moving a muscle, stay behind and read by the fire or play one of the many games in the cupboard. The local restaurant serves an excellent mid-day meal. Saturday dinner will be gourmet and leisurely. Begin with a cocktail and hors d’oeuvers, followed by a generous entrée, main course, cheeses, dessert and coffee or tea.
Day 3, Sunday: Sleep in. There’s no need to hurry. An ample brunch awaits you. Linger on into the afternoon. Refreshed, you’re ready to face another work week.
