Approximately 270km north of Cape Town, situated between the rugged foothills of the Cedarberg Mountains and the plains of the Great Karoo. Visitors to the reserve have the unique opportunity to discover a virtually unknown part of Southern Africa, and to witness the restoration of an area which once supported life in multitudinous form. That life is flourishing again and can be viewed and enjoyed through game drives, guided rock art tours, river walks and mountain hikes. Its tranquil setting offers the perfect relaxation. A member of Relais et Chateaux, Cape Town's closest five star "wilderness and wildlife experience".
