Listen for the rumble of Arenal Volcano and watch at night as smoldering red boulders pour from its mouth. Zigzag through treetops on a jungle canopy tour, coming eye to eye with monkeys and tropical birds. Night 1: Xandari Plantation

Nights 2-3: Arenal Observatory Lodge
