Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival Cochin

Meet and greet at the Airport upon arrival. Transfer and check in to the Hotel. Kochi (colonial name Cochin) is a vibrant city situated on the south-west coast of the Indian peninsula in the breathtakingly scenic and prosperous state of Kerala, hailed as "God's Own Country". Informally, Cochin is also referred to as the Gateway to Kerala.

Day 2: Cochin

After Breakfast sightseeing of the port city of Cochin. Among the major attractions you would experience the magic of Fort Kochi, the Jewish Market(spice market) along with the jewish Synagogue. Also worth recommending a visit are the ancient Chinese nets on the coast. Visit St. Francis Church and the Santa Cruz Basilica.
Afternoon Free for individual Activities. Evening Kathakali Dance show.

Day 3: Cochin – Calicut (225 km)

Drive up north to the City of Calicut. Kozhikode, formerly called Calicut was the traditional capital of Northern Kerala under the Samuthiri rule. Calicut, the most important city of Malabar region of Kerala, was a leading trading center for spices on the West Coast of India during the medieval period.

Vasco da Gama landed at Calicut (Kappad - 16 KM from the city) in 1498, becoming the first European to reach India by the sea route around the southern cape of Africa.

If time permits, visit the ancient boat making at Beypore. Ancient Beypore was much sought after by merchants from Western Asia, for its ship building industry. The boat building yard here is famous for the construction of the Uru, the traditional Arabian trading vessel.

Day 4: Calicut – Wayanad (105km)

Drive from Calicut to Wayanad. The vast stretches of mist capped mountains green meadows of valleys, white water springs, blue water lakes and wild forest fabricate the splendid natural beauty of Wayanad.

Day 5: Wayanad – Palakkad

Drive to Palakkad. Unwind yourself and soothe your mind, body and Soul with the richness of Ayurveda. The resort offers you a full treatments of Ayurveda and Massages.

Day 6: Pallakkad

Day at Leisure. / Ayurveda Massage

Day 7: Palakkad-Munnar

Drive from Palakkad to Munnar. Munnar is blessed with natural beauty that attracts tourists from far and wide. The lap of Mother Nature in Munnar promises to soothe the senses of the weariest of traveler in Munnar. For adventure lovers there is paragliding and for nature lovers there are some of the World's highest tea estates.

Day 8: Munnar

Full day Sightseeing in Munnar, which includes the Raja Malai - a top peak of Munnar where you can see Neel Thar (mountain goats). Other important places are Muttupetty dam and Indo Swiss project and witness the tea gardens spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometers.

Day 9: Munnar – Periyar

In the morning, proceed to Periyar. Check in at hotel on arrival. In Periyar wildlife sanctuary you will witness nomadic tribes of wild elephant, boar, deer, the great Indian tiger and more. In the evening a boat cruise across the lake for you to view the wild animals and birds of different species. Overnight stay will be at Periyar.

Day 10: Periyar – Alleppey

The backwaters of Kerala are unique and are found nowhere else in the world. Backwaters are a network of lakes and canals of more than forty rivers that drain into the Arabian Sea. The canals connect the villages together and are still used for local transport. Over 900 km of this labyrinthine water world is navigable.
Check in to the Traditional Houseboat.

Day 11: Alleppey – Kumarakom

Drive to Kumarakom. Rest of the day at Leisure

Day 12: Kumarakom

Day 13: Kumarakom – Kovalam

Drive to one of the finest beach Destination in the country. Kovalam is one of the highlights of Kerala and is meant to help you unwind relax and end your holiday in style.

Day 14: Kovalam

Day at Leisure

Day 15: Kovalam – Trivandrum – Fly Out

Transfer to the International Airport to connect to your Flight back home.
