Tour Itinery:
Day 1: Arrive Dar-es-Salaam. Transfer to hotel (30 min). Orientation and either relaxing by the pool or exploring Dar-es-Salaam (your choice). Accommodation: Beachcomber Hotel (BB).
Day 2: Transfer to airport (30 min). Fly to Selous Game Reserve (45min)/game drive/lunch. Game drive or river safari. Accommodation: Rufiji River Tented Camp (BB)
Day 3: Game drive or river safari/lunch. Game drive or river safari.
Accommodation: Rufiji River Tented Camp (BB).
Day 4: All day Game drive/lunch box. Accommodation: Rufiji River Tented Camp (BB).
Day 5: Fly to Ruaha National Park (2hr)/lunch in the morning, game drive in the afternoon. Accommodation: Choice of Ruaha River Lodge (FB), Mdonya Old River Camp (FB), or Tandala Tented Camp (FB).

Day 8: In the morning we will fly to Zanzibar (2hr 45min)/lunch box. In the afternoon transfer to hotel (1hr)/your choice. Accommodation: Pongwe Beach Hotel (BB).
Days 9 - 10: Your choice. Accommodation: Pongwe Beach Hotel (BB).
Day 11: We will make the Spice Tour - A trip to one of the spice plantations in the center of Zanzibar is an educational and very enjoyable experience. As well as finding out about and tasting spices, herbs and fruits, it is an excellent way of discovering, first hand, what rural life is like in Zanzibar. In the afternoon we will visit Jozani Forest - is the dwelling place for the attractive Kirk's Red Colobus monkeys which are unique to Zanzibar.
They were an endangered species, but numbers have increased in recent years thanks to conservation work by the nature reserve working closely with the local people. It is estimated that there are now between 2,000-2,500 monkeys. The monkeys are wild, but it is possible to get close to them and they carry on their normal activities as though human visitors do not exist. Accommodation: Pongwe Beach Hotel (BB).
Day 12: Your choice. Accommodation: Pongwe Beach Hotel (BB).
Day 13: All Day Safari Blue/lunch. Safari Blue allows guests to visit Zanzibar's beautiful sandbanks, enjoy a gourmet seafood lunch, dolphin watching, snorkeling. dhow sailing and more. Accommodation: Pongwe Beach Hotel (BB).
Day 14: Your choice. Accommodation: Pongwe Beach Hotel (BB).
Day 15: Transfer to airport (1hr). Fly to Dar-es-Salaam (20 min). Depart Dar-es-Salaam.
