Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrive at Kigali airport, Discovering Kigali and its surrounding, Visit of the Kigali genocide memorial museum, here you will know what happened in Rwanda in 1994. After we proceed in the afternoon to Kinigi the home of mountain Gorillas.
Day 2: Trekking in the forest on the edge of the Virunga mountain chain to find one of the last mountain gorilla families in the world - back in the afternoon and transfer to your hotel. For those who like to visit the Diana fossey tomb an extra day can be organized by their need.
Day 3: After breakfast we proceed to Butare Via Gisenyi, will have a short stop in Kibuye for lunch and to admire the beautiful lake Kivu.
Day 4: Visit of Butare museum and be entertained by Rwandan traditional dancer called "Intore" after we Drive to Nyanza, the historical seat of the ancient Rwandan kings – visit to the Palace and narration of some village elders – drive to Kigali and overnight.
Days 6-7: Transfer To Tanzania.
Day 8: Pick you up from Crown Hotel and depart for Tarangire game viewing in Tarangire National Park with a picnic lunch. After lunch proceed with the game drive within the Park, this park has got the large bird population is known for its tree climbing pythons. Dinner and overnight (Tarangire Sopa Lodge).
Day 9: After an early breakfast set off for the world's most famous national Park, the great Serengeti. En route enjoy the game viewing and stop for a picnic lunch. Arrive at Seronera Lodge in time to relax before dinner and overnight.
Day 10: After an early morning breakfast set off on a game-viewing endless plain, spending the whole day on a game drive in Africa's most spectacular wildlife play-ground! The park is renowned for the wildebeest Migration and the big five. Dinner and overnight at Seronera Lodge.
Day 11: Enjoy an early morning game drive, when wildlife is most active! After breakfast continue with the game viewing until lunch time. After lunch will be followed by a drive to Ngorongoro crater with an optional tour of Olduvai Gorge. Dinner and overnight at Serena Lodge.
Day 12: After morning breakfast transfer to Lake Manyara, enjoy the game along the park with picnic lunch. Noted for its beauty Manyara park is nestled at the base of the great Rift valley. Late afternoon drive back to Arusha.
Days 13-14: Back to Kigali - personal goodbye - shopping and transfer to the airport for departure flight.
The tariff includes:
Airport transfers, Accommodation, Ground transportation by 4x4 tourist Land Cruiser or minibus, English speaking Driver/Guide, All park Entrance fees, taxes
The tariff does not include:
Gorilla permit, Air ticket, Tourist insurance/ local health insurance, Entrance visas, Meals, drinks and tips.
Terms and Conditions:
*Reservations: We require a 40% deposit of the total tour cost upon confirmation of the tour. The balance ca be payed upon arrival. For bookings coming one month before departure we shall require the full payment of the tour costs. The payment is made by international money transfer to the company bank account in Rwanda or Congo Drc.
*Cancellations:
- All cancellation penalties depend on the number of days before tour departure:
- Before 50 days: Full refund
- Between 50 days and 25 days: Refund of 70% of the deposit
- Less than 25 days: No refund
- There is no refund of any unused portion of your tour once commenced.
Notes:
Airfare is not included in the tour price.
A discount can be grated according to the type of hotel you will choose and the number of people you have in your group.
