Your Itinerary:
Day 1: Meet your guide at the airport before transferring to your local hotel. Late in the day meet for Welcome drink & 3 course dinner with your Arctic Adventure guide.
Accommodations: Hotel Arctic, Superior sea view rooms. Includes: (B, D).
Day 2: Awake and enjoy breakfast before a boat ride to the hunters’ settlement, Rodebay. Here a guide will lead a walk the remote settlement less than 20 km from the modern part of Ilulissat. After a taste of a traditional lunch at the little restaurant H8, a helicopter will pick you up at 2:00 pm for a flight over the mountains to the Ilulissat ice fjord. There will be a ground stop on a mountain slope in the mid fjord to overlook the full length of the Ice Fjord, from the glacier 30 km to the east to the huge icebergs where the fjord meets the Disko Bay. End the flight cruising along the Disko Bay while circling over the immense ice bergs before landing.

Day 3: Today after another traditional breakfast, a comprehensive City tour by foot includes the many local museums and lunch at local restaurant Marmut. Take some time on your own before the Midnight Boat Tour that will include refreshments!

Day 3: Rise for your easy morning easy walk to the Icebergs of Sermermiut or choose to visit a local family. Your afternoon will be spent visiting with a local nature guide while sipping tea.

Day 4:
Catch an early breakfast before flying to the amazing city of Kangerlussuaq. In Kangerlussuaq a 4 wheeling tour to the Inland Ice Cap awaits! Included is a barbecue lunch on a mountain top near to the edge of the Ice Cap. There will be a late afternoon flight by Air Greenland home or let The Nordic Company help you plan your next destination. Includes: (B, L).
