Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Fly from Addis to Lalibela. After Lunch visit the 1st group of 12th century rock-hewn Churches. Overnight in Roha Hotel.
Day 2: Morning visit the 2nd group of the 12th century rock-hewn churches on. After lunch transfer to the airport to fly to Bahir Dar. Visit the source of Blue Nile Falls and go to Bezawit Hill for view of city. Overnight in Tana Hotel.
Day 3: Early in the morning Boat ride on Lake Tana to see the Ura-Kidanemihret and other churches. Afternoon drive to the Blue Nile Falls and tour the area. Overnight in Tana Hotel.
Day 4: Early morning drive to Gonder to view castles and other attractions in the area Gonder. Overnight in Goha Hotel.
Day 5: Early morning depart Gonder and drive to Axum, on the way visiting Lima-Limu and part of the Simien Mountain Park onwards to visit remains of Queen of Sheba’s palace. Overnight in Yeha Hotel.
Day 6: Early morning visit of Axum city and Archeological Museum, Caleb’s tomb and St. Mary Church. Fly back to Addis. Rest in hotel. Afternoon city tour of Addis Ababa. Visit Trinity Cathedral, National Museum, drive to Mount Entoto for Panoramic View of Addis Ababa and drive to Mercarto open-air market. Departure to airport at 23:00.
