Your Itinerary

Day 1: Vancouver, BC

Arrive in Vancouver International Airport. Following the tips and directions in your personalized travel journal, make your way to your downtown hotel. Hop on a trolley tour to get acquainted with historic Gastown, trendy Yaletown and picturesque English Bay. Accommodation: Metropolitan Hotel (Deluxe Hotel Option) or Fairmont Waterfront Hotel (Premium Hotel Option);

Day 2: Vancouver, BC

Vancouver will satisfy your need for the essentials of a big city while indulging your yearning for nature with its nearby ocean, lakes, rivers and rainforest. Choose from a number of Good Earth Local Experience of Choice, including an interpretive rainforest walk in Stanley Park or paddle in English Bay. Accommodation: Metropolitan Hotel (Deluxe Hotel Option) or Fairmont Waterfront Hotel (Premium Hotel Option);

Day 3: Whistler, BC

Your drive to Whistler is one of the most scenic in Canada! The Sea to Sky Highway hugs the Coastal Mountains while the granite cliffs plunge into the blue ocean waters of fjord-like Howe Sound below. The many small islands you will view from the highway make for a watery natural obstacle course for sailboats and windsurfers who enjoy the quasi-constant breezes. Eagles catch the thermal currents overhead while spotting their next meal. Accommodation: Sundial Boutique Hotel (Deluxe Hotel Option) or Four Seasons Resort Hotel (Premium Hotel Option);

Day 4: Whistler, BC

What was once a small, remote fishing lodge, Whistler is now one of the finest four-season destinations in the world and the starting point for your next Good Earth Local Experience of Choice. Perhaps you will choose to go hiking with an experienced nature guide in lush alpine meadows dotted with wildflowers of yellow, red and purple. Top off your evening enjoying a fine West Coast meal followed by a stroll on the European-like pedestrian plaza. Accommodation: Sundial Boutique Hotel (Deluxe Hotel Option) or Four Seasons Resort Hotel (Premium Hotel Option);

Day 5: Victoria, Vancouver Island, BC

Enjoy the scenic drive back to Vancouver to board a passenger ferry that will take you to Vancouver Island. On this scenic voyage, refer to your Travel Journal, to help you identify the harbour seals and sea lions playfully swimming alongside the ferry. Once on Vancouver Island, enjoy a scenic drive to Victoria winding past red-roofed barns with stops at potters’ studios and Honey Farms. End the day with a relaxing stroll around Victoria’s Inner Harbour while the sun sets on the Pacific Ocean. Accommodation: Swans Suite Hotel (Deluxe Hotel Option) or Premium Hotel Option (Fairmont Empress Hotel);

Day 6: Victoria, Vancouver Island, BC

On your final Local Experience of Choice, enjoy an exhilarating paddle along the spectacular Pacific Coast line in your sea kayak, or experience the taste of the West Coast as you tour the local vineyards, art and pottery studio's, and visit Canada's top chefs on your personally guided tour of Victoria and one of the hottest culinary centers in Canada, the Cowichan Valley. Accommodation: Swans Suite Hotel (Deluxe Hotel Option) or Premium Hotel Option (Fairmont Empress Hotel);

Day 7: Return to Vancouver, then home

Today, return to Vancouver via a scenic floatplane flight that will include an eagle's eye view of downtown Victoria, Georgia Strait, and the Gulf and San Juan Islands. Catch your breath on a splash-down landing in downtown Vancouver harbour. Finish your trip in style with a chauffeured ride through the city to Vancouver airport. Prepare to share your memories with your family and friends as you start planning your next Good Earth Travel Adventure.
