Hiking past lakes formed by the glaciers and ice falls of Annapurna south, perception and time subtly shift and one feels like a pioneer on a completely different planet.
Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel. Alt. 1,350m / 4,428 ft.
Day 2: Half day sightseeing of Kathmandu valley. Rest of the day preparation for the trek.
Day 3: Drive to Pokhara by bus. Overnight at Pokhara Alt. 820m / 2,690 ft. (6 hrs.)
Day 4: Drive to Nayapul and then trek to Ghandrung. 1,940m / 6,363ft. (4 hrs)
Day 5: Trek to Tadapani Alt. 2590m / 8,495ft. (4 hrs).
Day 6: Trek to Dobato Alt. 3460m / 11,348ft. (5 hrs).
Day 7: Trek to ChistibangAlt. 3100m /10,168ft. (5 hrs).
Day 8: Trek to Kobra Ridge Alt. 3650m / 11,972 ft. (5.5 hrs).
