Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrive in Kunming, rest and adjust to the local time.
Day 2: Kunming city tour to the Stone Forest and the bird and flower market.
Day 3: Fly to Lijiang; explore the Lijiang Ancient Town and the Lion Hill.
Day 4: Lijiang tour to discover the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Baisha Mural Paintings, the Black Dragon Pool Park and Museum of Naxi Dongba Culture.
Day 5: Admire the First Bend of the Yangtze River and the Tiger Leaping Gorge; diver to Zhongdian (Shangri-la County) and stay overnight there.
Day 6: Explore the Bita Lake, Napa Lake, Gedan Songzanlin Monastery; evenings visit to a Tibet family and enjoy a local Singing and Dancing Show.
Day 7: Fly to Lhasa, rest and adjust to the high altitude.
Day 8: Lhasa spiritual city tour to the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple and the flourishing Barkhor Street.
Day 9: Admire stunning Tibetan religious architectures by visiting the Norbulingka Park, the Drepung Monastery and the Sera Monastery.
Day 10: Drive to Gyantse, visit Yamdrok Lake and a Tibetan family along the way; tour Palcho Monastery in Gyantse; drive to Shigatse and stay overnight there.
Day 11: Morning visit to the Tashilumpo Monastery and local free market; drive to Tingri and stay overnight there.
Day 12: Drive to the Base Camp of Mt. Everest for you to take a close look at this great mountain and enjoy the Rongbu glacier; stay overnight at the guesthouse in Rongbu Monastery.
Day 13: Enjoy the sunrise from Mt. Everest; drive back to Lhasa.
Day 14: Fly to Kunming; free at your own leisure.
Day 15: Final departure.
