MaryAnne Hines is the Managing Director of the M15059, comprising Aqua-Trek Beqa, Aqua-Trek Taveuni and Garden Island Resort. Aqua-Trek has been operating in Fiji since 1985 and we remain Fiji's premier dive operator. We own and operate a resort and dive operation on Taveuni called Garden Island Resort.
We chose the location because it is situated on the shores of Fiji's best soft coral diving. Taveuni is also known for its cultural and eco-adventure activities, so you really get a great overall Fiji experience there. To get to Taveuni you would have to take a short flight from Nadi.
Aqua-Trek pioneered shark diving in Fiji over 20 years ago and we now operate a world-renowned shark encounter from our Aqua-Trek Beqa operation in Pacific Harbour on the main island of Viti Levu. This Shark dive attracts up to 8 species of shark on one dive including multiple bull sharks and the elusive tiger shark. Other operators have tried to duplicate our efforts so don't be fooled by other shark dives in Fiji.
M15059 is the original shark feed operator and the best. It is located on the grounds of the Pearl South Pacific Resort which is about a 2.5 hour transfer from Nadi by car. On our second location (Pacific Harbour) we can package the diving with a 5 Start Resort or a fantastic high-end Backpacker resort. We can also package it with some outstanding river rafting.
