The Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument is truly one our nation’s great pieces of real estate. At nearly two million acres, the deep sandstone canyons, great oceans of slick rock, and mystifying plateaus have kept modern humans at bay. This was the last mapped area in the lower 48. The Escalante was the last named river. In fact, there are still places that haven’t been visited in the last 400 years. There just aren’t too many places like this left on the face of the earth. So come to Escalante, explore untamed lands, and find the adventure your life’s been missing. If you need some advice on how to begin your adventures, we have a great day trip itinerary that we can share with you on our Activities Page. And remember, life changing experiences can make you really tired. That’s where we come in. We’ll take care of you.
When we were designing our Bed and Breakfast, we asked many questions on what we should have and how to do it. In the end we asked ourselves a very simple question: If we were to stay at a B&B, what would we want. Well, we came up with... Large (360 sq. ft.) rooms, skylights, individual heat and A/C, full baths in each room, log furniture, pillow top mattresses, rocking chairs, dressers, porch area in front of the rooms, gourmet breakfasts with outdoor seating, and much more! |
