These aggressive habitat management practices ensure enough cover and productivity to offer the discerning wingshooter the greatest upland bird hunting in the Midwest.
M11889 offers the finest lodging accommodations, superb dining, and the opportunity to hunt the best upland bird habitat South Dakota has to offer. The primary game birds hunted are the Chinese Ring-necked pheasant and Hungarian partridge. In addition to these you may encounter coveys of Prairie chicken and Sharp-tail grouse to complete "The Grand Slam of the Dakotas". We have more than 12,000 acres of habitat specifically for hunting, offering a vast array of cover to hunt in, specifically managed for this purpose.
