1. How long has your business been operating, and how did it start up?

Thirsty Swagman Pty Ltd was launched on April 2nd 2007, providing a real and exciting alternative to sightseeing travel for those who enjoy a good night out.

The idea to combine international travelling with pub crawling was conceived by Kenneth Hart, Chief Swagman and founder of Thirsty Swagman. His vision is to create a new category in the travel industry - Pub Crawl Adventures.

2. What are the main attractions of your activity in the area you operate?

There's zero boring sightseeing! The only way you'll see the world, is through the bottom of your glass!

3. What unique features do you offer?

All tours are purely pub crawl based. Visiting a pub is the best way to meet real locals, who thrive on sharing their amazing stories and life experiences after a few beers.

4. What do your customers appreciate in you the most?

That they experience the coolest and most outrageous watering holes on the planet. Travellers are free to choose their own activities during the day, and their nightlife is fully organised. All they have to do, is have a great time!

5. You have been an InfoHub partner since August 2008. How would you describe your experience of working with InfoHub so far?

Fantastic. The customer service from InfoHub is 10 out of 10. The website itself is also intuitive, and easy to use.

6. How do you find InfoHub referrals, and how do you feel about the InfoHub system of generating referrals for you?

The leads are very qualified. There's little time-wasting with any enquiries via InfoHub.

The system works great, and we're looking into offering all our tours through the site.

7. How do you follow up with the referrals InfoHub sends to you?

Email, phone and mail. A thank-you email as soon as the enquiry is received, and a phone call within 24 hours (where possible, due to time differences). If requested, a free DVD / poster / info pack is also mailed the next day by Airmail.

8. Is there anything else you'd like our visitors to know about your business?

Did we mention there's zero boring sightseeing on Thirsty Swagman tours? :)
