Advanced course:
- Italian culinary evolution.
- Preparation of 5 courses set menu (starter, soup, pasta, main course, dessert).
- Welcome to Italian Breakfast (cappuccino and Brioche) on our terrace overlooking on the lake.
- Hands-on cooking class.
- Lunch includes three different wine, a bottle of water, coffee or cappuccino.
All the cooking class are held in the morning all year round. No participants are entitled of 50% discount on the cooking class price. A complimentary breakfast will be offered to the guests upon arrival in our restaurant, a culinary diploma signed by the chef a cd with cooking images taken during the class, complimentary bottle of water during the class , use of apron /s , Cookign class esclusivity , no other bookings will be added when one is confirmed.
Program for a basic or advanced course:
- 9.30 a.m - arrival of the guests in the restaurant
- Complimentary breakfast (cappuccino and croissant)
- Short briefing by chef Andrea
- Hands-on cooking class
- 12.00 - 13.00 - Lunch
- 14.00 - 14.30 - End of Lesson.
Each student will have a personalized folder with the recipes. By the end of lesson the students will receive a culinary diploma signed by the chef. A cd with cooking classes pictures will be offered to the participants after finishing the class
Cancellation. If you cancel 60 days prior to arrival date, we will send back your deposit less an administration charge of euro 50.00. If you cancel between 60 and 30 days you will unfortunately lose 50% of your deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days your deposit will be not refundable.
Faculty Information:
for a group up to 10 people the cooking class will be held in a charming wine estate in Valpolicella Valley in a beautiful old Villa, preparing a typical menu in combination with the famous Amarone and Recioto wines.
Other Activities:
Students will have possibility to visit the Winery, cheese, grappa, olive oil local producers and to purchase their products. Transportation is included in all our tours.
Facility Information:
Beautiful Villa and wine Estate is in the heart of Valpolicella area in a nice refurbished apartments with heating, telephone, color TV, satellite, air conditioning. The accommodation is with breakfast included.

Prices:
- Advanced course for 5 hours will be priced at 130 euro
- Advanced course for 2 days will be priced at 250 euro
- Advanced course for 3 days will be priced at 360 euro
- Advanced course for 4 days will be priced at 480 euro.
Notes: A 100 US cheque or a 100 sterling Pounds deposit is requested for your booking. The remain balance has to be settled in cash, or credit card on the cooking class day.
