Barcelona is very easy to get to and is itself within easy reach of the sandy beaches of the Costa Brava or the ski slopes of the Pyrenees. It also has a warm, Mediterranean climate which makes it an ideal place to be at any time of the year. The main school is situated in the center of Barcelona about 5 minutes from the Plaza Catalunya.
Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia, is a cosmopolitan Mediterranean city that juxtaposes Roman remains, medieval quarters and the most beautiful examples of modernism and 20th century avant-garde art. Not for nothing were the emblematic buildings of Catalonian architects Antoni Gaudí and Luis Doménech i Montaner declared to be World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.
Take a stroll through the streets of Barcelona and be surprised at every step. Pedestrian streets in the old districts, green spaces, and a splendid waterfront filled with modern structures all reflect the city's aim at integration. Barcelona has managed to exalt its past without forgetting its commitment to the future.
The city has some extraordinary infrastructures dedicated to hosting seminars, symposiums and international competitions. The visitor, whether on business or pleasure, will enjoy Barcelona's Mediterranean character, which can be clearly felt in Costa del Garraf as well as in the coast of Maresme. In addition, the city has beautiful urban beaches, marinas, and seafront golf courses.

Facility Information:
The school in Barcelona is situated in the center of the city – less than 5 minutes’ walk from the Plaza Catalunya, which is the hub of the city. It occupies 6 floors of a large corner building, which has a distinctive, triangular shape (somewhat similar to the famous ‘Flat-iron’ building in New York).
The building dates from the beginning of the last century and has many attractive features; a very decorative street entrance, lots of natural light, marble staircase and high ceilings. The school was one of the first in Spain to set up an internet classroom. When it is not in use for teaching, it is available for use by students. Access for 30 minutes is free.
