The joy of senses in the world heritage
Not by chance the province of Ragusa, at the South Eastern corner of Sicily, is called by the media Ragusa shire. In recent years International refined travelers have discovered the genuine beauty of this unique territory protected by the UNESCO as a World Heritage. An astonishing concentration of cultural and environmental qualities.
Towns such as Noto, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa are world-named as the capitals of Baroque architecture while the near Siracusa area witnesses of the ancient Greek heritage.
Aristocratic villas next to old farmhouses and vineyards, are spread thru the warm-yellow countryside among centenary olive trees and palm gardens; the world-exported top-quality wines, the local fresh food and the rooted cooking tradition, provide delight for all tastes.
This land is a paradise for the painter's eyes! The colors of landscape and of the sea nearby, the fancy style of buildings and piazzas, the Mediterranean light and the scent of blooming - will be the joy of your senses. Not to mention the hospitality and kindness of true Sicilians!
Don't miss this profoundly inspiring experience!
