This is a flexible course for studying general English as well as English relating to sporting, leisure, sightseeing activities and New Zealand culture. Class hours are the same as a full-time course 0900 - 1200 mornings and 1300 - 1500 afternoons. Activities are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons. For example, golf, tennis, horse-riding, canoeing, harbour cruise, windsurfing, sightseeing, museums and underwater world. Other activities can be selected by the group and teachers. Restaurants, concerts, weekend trips optional.
This course is offered from beginner to advanced level. This course is supported by a wide variety of resources. Computers, listening labs, television and video are just some of the resources teachers use to enhance student learning.
This course is great for students who want to see the sights in and around Auckland while learning to speak English in many different situations
