We offer rock climbing lessons year-round in Boulder, Colorado area. Although Boulder is famous for summer rock climbing, its mild winters make climbing quite pleasant year-round. Autumn is especially beautiful with sunny days and fewer climbers. We also offer lessons in other areas.
These 2 full-day lessons provide an introductory rock climbing course. Lessons are taught out-of-doors on real rock. All equipment is provided. Previous experience - is not required for beginning lessons.
* What to Bring:
We provide all technical equipment including helmets, rock shoes, and harnesses. Students are encouraged to bring any of their own equipment they wish to use.
* Required Equipment:
Approach shoes (light hiking or jogging shoes for walking to the climbs). Rugged, comfortable, loose-fitting clothing appropriate for the season. Water.
* Suggested Items:
- UV protective sun glasses or glacier goggles.
- Sun screen.
- Food or snacks.
- Camera.
