Our camp headquarters are self contained trailer units. Our base camp and spike camp are log cabins or tents depending on hunting areas. Our hearty meals are served by a full-time cook. Camps are limited to four hunters with at least one guide with every two hunters, or arrangements can be made for privately guided hunts. Our experienced, hard working guides help you have a safe, successful and enjoyable hunt.
All meat, capes and antlers will be taken out of the field for you. The cost of cutting, wrapping, and taxidermy are not included in the hunt, but can be arranged for if desired. We also offer summer photography and sight seeing trips.
On our Bear hunts we cover up to 20 miles of river per day,by 16 ft. aluminum boats. Our tree stands over bait are set up every 2 to 3 miles along the Peace River. We are the only outfitter operating on this stretch of river. There is no other hunting pressure. We take 2 to 3 Pope & Young sized trophy Bears every year. We have had a 100% success in the last 10 years. We also have an Action Guarantee. If a client does not get a chance to shoot a legal Bear in 6 days of hunting, his or her next Bear hunt is at half price. To date we have never had to honor this guarantee. We have been in business since 1989.
Our camp headquarters is a 55 ft. self contained camp trailer unit,complete with natural gas heat and shower facilities. This camp is situated just 2 miles from the river,so no tent camps are needed. We take both bow and rifle hunters.
