We run both the Emergency First Response and Rescue Diver courses daily beginning at 9am. The Emergency First Response or an equivalent qualification is a pre-requisite to enter the PADI Rescue Diver course as CPR and oxygen provision is an integral part of the PADI Rescue course. To answer any questions that you may have, we have attached the typical Emergency First Response and Rescue course schedules for you so that you will have a better understanding of what these courses entail. Please be advised, this schedule may alter at any point due to adverse weather conditions or if the instructor feels that more training may be necessary.
Emergency First Response schedule:
Day 1:
- 9:00 pm - Meet your friendly PADI Instructor. Orientation. Presentation of Emergency First Response Video.
- 12:00 - Lunch Break.
- 2:00 pm - CPR/First Aid Practical Application.
- 3:30 pm - Emergency First Response Certified/Course Payment.
Rescue course schedule:
Day 1:
- 9:00 am - Rescue Academic Session 1 and 2.
- 11:30 am - Equipment Issue.
- 12:00 - Lunch Break.
- 2:00 pm - Confined Water Rescue Session.
- 4:30 pm - Day Ends.
Day 2:
- 9:00 am - Rescue Academic Session.
- 12:15 - Meet at Equipment Room.
- 12:30 pm - Depart For OW Rescue Training.
- 5:00 pm - Day Ends.
Day 3:
- 9:00 am - Rescue Final Exam.
- 12:15 - Meet at Equipment Room.
- 12:30 pm - Depart For OW Rescue Training/Final.Scenarios.
- 5:00 pm - Rescue Certified/Day Ends.
