Our center’s principal aim is tourism and leisure. Exploration is our specialty. But it’s also possible to earn your certification for level 1 (CMAS, CEDIP/ANMP, PADI) as well as levels 2, 3 and advanced, depending on the club’s times available.
Equipment. We are equipped with: 3 zodiacs, 10 meters long (about 20 feet) including one hard bottom for long –distance excursions and their powerful motors guarantee speed.
Our boats meet with international safety standards: surface surveillance, oxygenation-therapy, first aid kits... .
* 2 Poseidon compressors, each 14 cubie meters, which permits charging 8 tanks at a time. Because we are a Scubapro center, our equipment is replaced every two years.
* Fifty aluminium and stainless steel tanks, some are equipped with double valves binding or DIN. Tanks are available in 6 liters, 12 liters or 15 liters.
* The stabilizing-jackets (regulatable and non-regulatable) are from Scubapro, as well as the regulators (mark 10 and mark 2), all fitted with an octopus (R190).
* Fins, masks, snorkels, wetsuits (shorty) and electronic depth gauge are also available for diver’s use.
Lodging. There is a whole range of lodging available from family run bed-and-breakfasts (pensions) which offer a quality service at a reasonable price to the Kia ora village, the only large hotel.
All lodgings are within fifteen kilometers (nine miles) of the dive center.

1 dive = 6.000 cfp = $64

1 CMAS certification = 40.000 cfp (minimum 4 days) = $426
Open water PADI certification = 60.000 cfp (minimum 7 days) = $639
