Canyonlands National Park and Glen Canyon National Recreation Area are situated within the southeastern quadrant of Utah. They neighbor each other and together are a stunning part of the 75,000 square mile Colorado Plateau, a landmass encompassing one of the most spectacularly scenic areas in the world.
Our Cataract Canyon trips, launching at Mineral Canyon on the Green River, and taking out at Hite Marina on Lake Powell, will introduce you to a slice of this magical country. You’ll float a fifty mile section of the Green River through beautiful Labyrinth and Stillwater Canyons, see the confluence of the Green and Colorado Rivers, experience the famous rapids of the Colorado’s Cataract Canyon and end the trip on the northern tip of Lake Powell.
We offer this trip as a six day rowing or three day motorized rafting expedition, which will include side canyon hiking opportunities, time and weather permitting. Some of our rowing trips may be accompanied by a motorized support raft in high water levels.
Meet us in Green River City the evening prior to the trip. The following morning we provide a scenic flight in a small plane from Green River to Mineral Canyon for the river launch. You can drive to Green River and leave your car at our place. At the end of the river trip, we’ll return you to Green River from Hite Marina, by van or bus. If you are flying out to join us, book your flight into Salt Lake City, Utah or Grand Junction, Colorado, and rent a car or take a van shuttle for the drive to Green River.

* 3 Days Trip - $630.00 per Adult and $420.00 per Child + 6.6% Tax. $200.00/person deposit required.
* 6 Days Trip - $1025.00 per Adult and $675.00 per Child + 6.6% Tax. $200.00/person deposit required. Child = 15 years & under.
* Cataract Canyon rates include a $25.00 optional van or bus transfer back to Green River from Hite Marina.
* Cataract Canyon rates also include camping gear.
