The American Sailing Association named our company “The Outstanding School of the Year 2004 and 2005 for the entire South East region”. Our Captain Charley Weaver has been awarded “Outstanding Instructor of the Year” - 2002 through 2005! Our school has consistently ranked in the top five sailing school nationwide. More than 270 of commercial sailing schools compete for ASA awards, which are based entirely on student evaluations.
We offer sailing instructions year around. Our curriculum covers beginner’s basics to advanced levels, including certification for ASA instructors. The majority of classes are conducted on the water with hands-on training. Each year we certify approximately 200 students and you could be among them!
Classes are scheduled as follows, unless otherwise noted:
• Friday evening - starting at 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday all day - starting at 9:00 a.m.*
• Sunday all day - starting at 9:00 a.m.*

Class size is limited to 8 people in the classroom — 4 people per boat. Our sailing courses are taught by ASA Certified Instructors. Some courses are arranged on a demand basis.
We teach private classes at each level for an additional $100 (above normal fee). Private instruction can be scheduled any time, at your convenience! All certification courses follow the American Sailing Association Standards. Candidates must have attained the stated prerequisites before they may challenge or take the required ASA examination.
