This traditional Russian hunt is conducted in the forests of European part of Russia during matting period of birds. Each hunter has his own professional guide, who helps the hunter to steal up to the bird on the distance of shot. As a rule Capercailyes choose for matting hidden marshy places of the forest. Black Cocks choose open places in the fields and on the edges of – from the blinds. It’s possible to hunt additionally Geese, Ducks and Woodcocks.
