Terms of Service
The InfoHub Forums represent an open virtual community that strongly encourages respect, common sense, and moral propriety among its members.
By using the InfoHub website you accept and agree to abide by the following Terms of Service:
1. The user certifies that he / she is at least 13 years of age or participates in the Forums under a parent’s / guardian’s supervision.
2. Any content appearing in the Forums hosted by InfoHub reflects the mere opinion and is under the sole responsibility of the person submitting it, and
InfoHub Company disclaims any liability for it. In case copyrighted content posted without permission in the Forums is noticed, the viewers are strongly
encouraged to send a message notifying about the object of infringement as well as the exact source of the content, so that the claim can be verified and
prompt measures be taken.
3. The person submitting any sort of information to the InfoHub Forums warrants that he / she is the author of the content or has been granted all the appropriate
rights by the author of the content, and does not infringe any rights of intellectual property.
4. The person submitting any content to the InfoHub Forums grants InfoHub the full nonexclusive right to use, modify, copy, adapt, and publicly display
it without limitation and without any form of compensation to the author.
5. Deliberately uploading or otherwise transmitting content that contains viruses, corrupted files or hostile software is considered utterly objectionable
and due measures are to be taken about it.
6. The content submitted to the Forums should be written solely in English. Otherwise, adequate verbatim or analogue translation for the words / phrases
posted in other languages should be provided.
7. Foul, scathing, and obscene language used in the forums is considered to disturb the cordial atmosphere, and every endeavor will be made to preclude
or eliminate any of it.
8. Exposing private information and personal details about other people (whether related to the forums or not) without the mentioned people’s consent is
considered utterly objectionable and categorically unacceptable.
9. Any form of content submitted to the Forums should be placed as precisely as possible according to the topic of the forum. Members and guests alike are
strongly advised to avoid digressing from the main topic of the thread within any forum.
10. Any form of aggressive polemic directed towards a member / guest rather than his / her statements or the contents of his / her posts will be deemed hostile
and the author of such content will incur full liability for it. (NOTE: disagreements and intellectual disputes are not viewed as hostile
content as long as the arguments address the essence of other members’ / guests’ statements, and not their personalities.)
11. In case any form of inappropriate language or spiteful speech is noticed, members are strongly advised to avoid taking direct and personal measures
against it. Instead, the hostile or objectionable posts should be ignored and the Moderators should be informed about the decadent content as soon as possible,
so that prompt and adequate measures can be taken.
12. Since the Forums are not a venue for advertisement, any blatant form of it will be viewed as SPAM and drastic measures will be taken against it.
Deals or offers related to the topics of the forums should be posted in the specially allotted “Market Place” sections. Any commercial posts unrelated to
the topic of the forums or placed outside the “Market Place” sections will be viewed as hostile spamming attempts. SUGGESTION: A simple and
acceptable way to promote one’s own web site or the site of the company represented is by including a link in the personal signature (which, however, should
not be excessively conspicuous). Links to adult content or anything infringing the law are unacceptable even in signatures.
13. User names containing rude or obscene words as well as brand or company names are considered unacceptable and such members will immediately get banned
from the forums.
14. Any form of infringement of the established Terms of Service of the InfoHub Forums will lead to preventive measures that may vary from subtle editing
of the content submitted, to a permanent and irrevocable ban of the member / guest responsible for it.
15. Determining whether the user names, the language, the content submitted or the attitude of the members / guests are decent and comply with the Terms
of Service of the InfoHub Forums, as well as the nature of measures to be taken about the infringing content and the violating members is left to the ultimate
and indisputable discretion of the entitled Moderators.
16. Any questions, objections or suggestions regarding the actions of Moderators should be addressed to the latter or the Supervisor / Administrator via
email. Discussing this in forums is considered disrespectful and unacceptable.
The InfoHub Company, as host of the Forums, will do its best to protect the users’ privacy and justly respect the content submitted by them (by not arbitrarily
altering or misrepresenting it) as long as it complies with the Terms of Service mentioned above.
InfoHub Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service any time without notice.
