- Amsterdam. Tour the historical district with its stately 17th century mansions and half moon shaped canals. See the master pieces at The National Gallery and the Van Gogh Museum. For the art lovers there is the Spiegel district with more than 110 galleries in a compact area.
- Windmills. Visit the Zaanse Schans, a representation of a 17th century industrial windmill park (first industrial complex in Europe) with working windmills, a wooden shoe factory, cheese farm and authentic old Dutch bakery. In the event your tour takes you to Rotterdam you may consider visiting the windmills at Kinderdijk. Here you also have the opportunity to see a windmill from the inside.
- Fishing Villages. With a visit to Volendam and the island of Marken you will experience the atmosphere of these quaint former fishing villages with their unique architecture and folklore dresses. During these tours you will get a feel for the typical Dutch "polder" landscape, well below sea level and protected from the water by an extensive network of dikes and dams.
