Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: La Paz - Copacabana. After the breakfast in the Hotel in La Paz, we will aboard the bus around 9:00am, and start driving passing by Alto La Paz/. We will travel along the paved highway with a wonderful views of the Cordilelra Real, and as we close to Lake Titicaca we will enjoy the charming of the Lake Titicaca. Finally after the travel to offshore of the lake Titicaca we will arrive to Tiquina, where our bus has to pass by boat and passengers too the small part of the lake Titicaca. After that we will continue driving in the Pemimsula of Copacabana.

Here we will appreciate lots of Inka's terraces as we get to the highest point we will appreciate Lake Titicaca in both sides. Next stop is Copacabana Province, and passengers will be accommodated in the activated hotel and after that have Lunch in the Nicets restaurants facing to the Lake Titiacaca, then in the afternoon we will climb up small hill in Copacabana to have wonderful views of the Copacabana small town and lake Titicaca and far from us in the west side we will appreciate Isla del Sol, dinner and overnight in Copacabana at 3841 masl.

Day 2: Copacabana - Trek Isla del Sol - Yumani. After the breakfast in the hotel in Copacabana, we will abort the Boat and sail to the Isla del Sol, just to the North side until Chinkana. Here we will apreciate the Chinkana ruins, known as the labyrinth too, are at the northwest end of the Island. The Chinkana ruins are an interesting complex built with rustic stones on a slope with many rooms, courtyards and narrow aisles, making a sense of labyrinth. In the past it was used as a Kolika or store room or perhaps like a worship place.

There is a native altar, the Sacred Rock is in front of this altar, beyond there are also two huge natural footprints on the rock which belong to the Sun or to Thunupa in accord to local beliefs. After the visit of this impressionist place we will continue hiking over the ridge of the Island to the south side passing by Sun's Temple in Santiagopampa. Then we will pass the highest point Calvario 4027 miles and will continue to Chaicorpata hill followed by Santa Barabara hill 4032 mile. Next stop will be Yumani village.

This village is the main harbor in the Isla del Sol, it has a large pre-Hispanic stairway which climbs between terraces with gardens and a stone fountain with three water springs. People say that its the fountain for the eternal youth, other say that they represent the three inka laws "ama sua, ama llulla, ama kella" which means don't steal, don't lie and don't be lazy. The tour will continue with the visitation of the place of Pilkokayna that is located 1 km south of Yumani. After that we can visit the Inka's Palace made of rustic stones and paints, then return to Yumani. Overnight and dinner in basic lodges.

Day 3: Yumani – Kalaqui - Sorota. After the breakfast in Yumani, we will aboard the boat and we will sail the Lake Titicaca to the east side for about 4 or 5 hours and we will get to the small village of Kalaque. Here our car will be waiting for us and take us to the village of Sorata. In the afternoon is possible to walk to San Pedro caves, dinner and overnight in Sorata.

Day 4: Sorata – Ancohuma - Cocooyo. After the breakfast in the hostel in Sorata we will drive to Ancohuma village. Here our donkey or muleteers will be waiting for us to help with our equipments. After that we will start hiking up until the Khorvasini pass, from here we will have wonderful views of Illampu mountain. The route will descent towards Illampu Mountain. We will continue to the village of Cocooyo 3600miles, a small village which is in situated in a small valley. We will set our camping a few meters of this village, dinner and overnight in Cocooyo.

Day 5: Cocooyo – Chajolpaya. After the typical breakfast we will continue with our trekking and start hiking up to the pass of Sarani 4600 miles. From here we will enjoy the nice view of the Ancohuma Moutain - the second mountain more popular in the Cordillera Real. After we will continue to descent by the nicest valley closer to the small village called Chajolpaya. Dinner and overnight in our camp.

Day 6: Chajolpaya – Nigruni. We will have early breakfast and start hiking up to the Nigruni pass that is located at the base of the Mountain Nigruniwith ,we will pass 5030 miles in direction of the glacier. After that we will descent by a nice small valley where we will set our campings at 4450 miles.

Day 7: Nigruni – Palca – Putuputuni. Early breakfast in the camp site. This day our hiking will be soft in the Chearoco's skirts and we will have lunch close to village of Palca. We will continue our trekking tour, this time we will hike-up for about 300 meters to get the camp place of Putuputuni 4430 miles. Dinner and overnight in our camp.

Day 8: Putu Putuni – Hankolaya. Early breakfast in the morning and preparation of our trekking things. Today we will hike in the area of the Chachacomani Mointains, then we will climb to the pass of Huaraco at 4880 miles. After watching the nice views from the pass we will descent by the small valley until the Cotapata lake. We will continue descending to the samll village of Hankolakaya 4200 miles, then we will cross the stream and hike-up until 4600 to camp dinner and overnight.

Day 9: Hankolaya – Laguna Kotia. After the breakfast we will start hiking up to Mollo pass at 5140 miles. Here we will feel that we are almost crossing the Cordilelra Real. As we will descent we will find small beautiful lakes that are formed by the water streams coming down form the glaciers, this streams go to Kotia Lake at 4570 miles. We will set our camp clos to the lake, dinner and overnight.

Day 10: Laguna Kotia – Laguna Sistana. After breakfast we will start hiking-up to the pass of Contador 4950 miles. We will descend softly the swamp area of the lakes Chakota and Ajwani, then again we will start hiking-up to the next pass of Milluni 5030 miles. Here we can enjoy the beautiful views. From the pass we will start descending to the lake of Sistana, dinner and overnight in camping.

Day 11: Laguna Sistana – Laguna Chiarkhota. In the morning after the breakfast we will start trekking and we will hike-up to the next pass of Janchallani of 5100 mails - as always with nice views. Then we will find a lake called Jurikota, then continue to the Glaciar Lake a named like that because of ices that fall down into the lake. The Glaciar Lake is located at 5000 mails in the Condoriri mountain skirt. Then we will continue to the next pass of Austria 5200 miles. We will descend to the base camp of Condoriri. Our camping will be place here, next to the lake of Chiarkota 4700 miles.

Day 12: Laguna Chiarkhota – Laguna Livinosa. Today our morning breakfast will be as always then we will start trekking the pass called Jallayco 5000 miles. We will continue to the second pass called Jistana 4950 miles. After these two passes we will have long descending until the lake Livinosa. Here you can enjoy the views of the Huyna Potosi Mountain. Our camp will be near the lake Livinosa.

Day 13: Laguna Livinosa – Botijlaca – La Paz. After the breakfast in the camp we will start descending in the nice valley with dense vegetation. Here we will feel the warm air. Next stop will be the Botijalca village located at 3600 miles. There our car will be waiting for us and take us to La Paz. In 3 hours we will arive to La Paz, 4 pm. Transfer direct to the selected hotel. End of our services.
